Announcement: Last day to sign up for Residents' Day's Fitness Clinic and the purchasing of Chinese Garden Tickets

Dear Residents,

Do take note that today (2 September 2013, Monday) is the last day that you can sign up for the Fitness Clinic-- the programme that is part of the Relax Lah Residents' Day 2013 event.

The Fitness Clinic is schedule to occur from 5-6pm at the Fitness Corner, during which a specially hired fitness consultant will advise the residents who have signed up for the clinic about the proper ways to use the equipment.

Similarly, today is the last day that you can sign up for the purchasing of Chinese Garden Tickets at the special price ($3 per ticket, U.P. $12). The special pricing is available only to residents who have signed up for the Relax Lah Residents' Day 2013 event.

Furthermore, do note that we are unable to sell event tickets on the Relax Lah Residents' Day itself (7 September, Saturday), as previously conveyed to our residents during our residents walkabout on 1 September, Sunday. This is due to the fact that we need to finalise and collate the numbers, in order to ensure the smooth progression of the event itself.

We would like to thank our residents for your support and understanding!

On a final note, additional help from residents to ensure the smooth proceedings of the planned activities is warmly welcomed. Here are the areas in which interested volunteers can help out in:

1. Facilitating of the Sand Art activity
2. Facilitating of the lantern-making activity

3. Helping out with the BBQ/Potluck Section (not actual cooking, but to ensure orderly distribution)

For residents who are interested in joining us for the fun, and in helping out for our various activities, please feel free to email lakesidegrove@yahoo.com.sg. Thank you! :)
